Great location and amenities
We loved staying here. The beach location is so great. Walks on the beach - very accessible. The house had all we needed. The couch was very comfortable. Our only complaint is that the bed was lacking a support in the middle which made it very creaky and made us worry it would collapse - it didn't. I texted the manager about this, but never heard anything back.

Perfect Stay at the Beach
We loved Camp 33! The cabin is super cute and had everything we needed, the location is great and near fun stuff to do, and the outdoor setup and property truly set this place apart and make it magical.

Ants
There were ant traps all over the place, especially in the kitchen. And ants crawling all over the counters, and in the bathroom. That part was a little gross as the dishes and cupboards didn’t feel clean. Also the toilet in the upstairs bathroom was loose.

Amazing rental in Rockaway
We loved staying in this rental. The location was amazing and the views were breathtaking. It was so nice having the outdoor shower to rinse off after relaxing in the hot tub. Perfect place to stay on the Oregon Coast.

Amazing Coastal Getaway
This house was perfect for my family and I. We enjoyed the property to the fullest! Location close to town and steps from the beach. Felt very private. The house has everything you need for cooking and entertaining. Loved the backyard space. Will definitely be staying here again.

Shangri-la at Camp 33
Camp 33 was simply amazing! Communication leading up to stay was constant. The home is nicely tucked away into a very quiet neighborhood. With modern-Nordic chic touches inside, it was clean and more than enough space for our little family of 3. The outside had plenty of amenities to enjoy as well with a volleyball court, corn hole and a tv within a tiki hut bar setup (although the tv didn’t work & the the ocean view was better). The additional outside shower was very useful! There was a short path that led straight to the ocean which was basically empty our entire stay. This was such a relief after the crowds of Cannon Beach. The only hang up was there were a few folks who randomly appeared walking up the path to our house, who apparently got lost looking for the turnoff to their path back to another rental a few times - not sure if this is a shared path. The location is great though as you are 5 minutes from town for dining options and about 30 minutes from outside attractions to see during the day. Would definitely recommend!

Rockaway Retreat
From the first minute we arrived until we checked out this was the perfect getaway. Right on the ocean with spectacular views, we could not have had a better location. It was secluded and quiet yet close enough for groceries. Daily walks on the beach, seals in the surf, coffee on the deck it was just what my family needed. The owners were quick to respond when we had questions and could not have been more helpful.

Best place we've ever stayed!
This is by far the best property we have ever rented at the beach. It is well worth the cost with everything included. New appliances, washer and dryer, plenty of towels to use- not to forget the fire pit, outdoor tv/bar area, hot tub, volleyball net and easy access path to beach. Very private, quiet neighborhood. Close enough to Rockaway to go to awesome bake shop and cute gift stores and a small grocery store. The queen bed was very comfortable, the bathroom had its own heater, or maybe it was a heat lamp. Spectacular sectional couch, sooo cozy. the ocean view from the couch, wow. Even better ocean view from top of stairs! Also, I had a question and the property manager was very quick to respond. Very impressive place. Would definitely stay here again!

Family fun
Took a family trip to this beautiful beach property and had a wonderful time. Volleyball, corn hole and the hot tub were outstanding amenities to keep our family entertained when we weren't at the beach. Thanks for a great time!

Perfect beach location
The house is cute and quaint, and the property is the star! Fabulous windows with a view of the ocean and a private access trail right down to the beach. Nice deck, outdoor shower, covered seating area with the bbq- it was perfect for our trip. The house was clean and has all of the necessities. We would definitely stay here again!

What a fun relaxing spot!
Let's get the "bad" out first, the home was much smaller than expected from viewing the pictures but that's a standard thing these days. Pretty clean throughout, some dog hair and scratches on the VERY nice couch, coffee maker leaks and there is a lack of pots/pans, normally I would not mention trivial things like this expect the price was pretty high for what your getting. I get why the price is high though because of the lot and modern interior space, they did not skimp out of appliances and fixtures (homeowner and rental owner myself and this really adds up in cost), you have your own path to the ocean, artificial grass (which was nice!), an outdoor bar/covered area with huge Samsung tv, volleyball net, and most importantly a nice hot tub, nicer than most! We kept a bucket filled with water next to it to try and keep debris out of it which helped. Overall we would love to go back multiple times if the cost was a bit lower, it was Halloween weekend though so I will check back from time to time and see. The host (iTrip) was the best service I've ever experienced with a rental property, you get a text back within 5 minutes, super polite and gracious to have us there, actual A++ service and we love that! I want to thank the hosts/owners for letting us enjoy the weekend at this beautiful home and location, we would love to go back sometime soon!

Great First Experience At A Vrbo
There were a few little issues when we arrived but we always got quick timely responses. One of things that made this property our pick was we could have 3 dogs. My friend has two Bernese and I have one. We brought an air bed so they would be comfy and stay off the couches worked great. The property it self was very nice, easy access to the beach. Very quiet neighborhood. I would recommend this property!

Nice but dirty
We loved the location of this house and the outdoor amenities. The downstairs bathroom was nice but it smelled. The master bedroom was cute but the ad should state that it is for two small people. We think the mattress was a full size and is it European style bed. My husband is 6’4” and did not fit in the bed at all! He slept on the sofa. The living area in this home is very nice with a very large sofa that accommodated us all comfortably. Unfortunately with that being said this house was very dirty. There was an old overfilled ant trap on the kitchen counter and there were little ants crawling all over the dishes and everything. There were also dead spiders around the ant trap and spiderwebs as well. The microwave in the kitchen was very dirty and the dishwasher had dirty dishes in it. Once you use the supplied kitchen towels they all smelled very very bad. Do not depend on using the supplied pans in this home as they are completely scratched and the nonstick is peeling off of them. The refrigerator smelled very strongly of seafood so we purchased two baking soda things and lemon to clean out the smell. The ice we brought with us picked up the fish smell and was unusable. The floors downstairs and upstairs were sandy and around and under the couch it looked as if it hasn’t been swept or cleaned in a LONG time. Under one of the beds upstairs was a dirty bowl with a fork in it and two of the other beds had popsicle sticks and wrappers along the wall which made us question if the sheets were cleaned or not? As I stated we did enjoy the location and the easy access to the beach but we were so disappointed with the dirtiness of the home and spent the first 45 minutes or so cleaning and then had to run out to get a frying pan to use during our stay which is not a fun way to start your vacation. I have plenty of pictures of the dirtiness and videos of all the ants that I can supply.
