The highlight, however, was the view—being positioned right in front of the ocean with direct beach access made the experience truly special. Falling asleep and waking up to the sights and sounds of the water made for a memorable getaway. We booked in September end so the weather was a little windy and cold hence couldn’t keep the balcony door open all the time. Overall, it had been a good stay."

"The kitchenette room at the Silver Sands Motel we stayed in was clean and well-stocked. Two picture windows- one that overlooked the ocean and one that overlooked the mountains. The views left us little time to look at the amenities :) There are also nice shops and restaurants near by, which were fun to explore. we took the Oregon Scenic train ride. you can also see the train just by stepping outside the room. We loved it and hope to be back."

The kitchen is so well supplied it has more gadgets and tools than any other home I have rented, so if you are a cook it’s really great. Can’t recommend high enough.
