I had a stressful issue when checking in. When searching for a hotel, I specifically requested a pet friendly property. Upon checking in, I was told that this hotel only accepts service animals, and my dog wouldn't be allowed without papers. This is not something you want to hear after 15 travel hours. One clerk was trying to be helpful and check us in, but another clerk interrupted and said it wasn't allowed. Ultimately, they checked with a manager, who was off site, and I was allowed to stay. I know that other Holiday Inn sites are pet friendly. I don't know why this hotel is not. You need to update your website to reflect this.

Okay stay not the worse but not the best

Good stay. They offer happy hour from 6-7 which is nice but all they have was a beer or wine and a hot dog…the service was the best part! They are friendly and easy check in process was easy.

It is so dated, walls peeling, carpeting is so stained. AC is disgustingly dirty. The door in the bathroom won't lock. Breakfast: By 9am there was no hot water, no potatoes, no eggs.

My family and I were here for our family reunion, we arrived early and our rooms were ready early…. Lance was amazing, very friendly and accommodating, the rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable and I truly enjoyed my stay , thanks again for making me and my family feel at home away from home….
