We had a pretty good stay there. Most of the staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was decent. The only issue we had was around housekeeping cleaning our rooms and replenishing our toiletries.

The pool could be bigger for families. The bathroom needs updating, broken tiles and patches on splitting walls in the bathroom. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Room completed with everything i needed like hair dryer and ironing board. Breakfast was not the best but was fair, coffee was great. Nice place, great people. I will come back. Thank you,

The room was updated and clean, but the amenities need to return back to the future. The 90’s nostalgia is real when using the amenities. The 88/B score for a continental breakfast setting is unheard of. We visited the Cracker Barrell across the street.

The lady at check-in was poor. (7pm). We had 2 rooms. While I can understand that the hotel was full and she couldn't accommodate adjacent rooms, her assignment was on different floors (deliberately it seems), She came to the counter with an attitude and it remained. Zero concept of customer service. As regards the rooms, breakfast etc, it is actually good value for money. I must also mention that the ladies in the morning were orders of magnitude better.

I checked in @ 2030h. Was grateful my room was on the 1st floor. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast wasn’t as expected as @ the Fayetville CI&S by Radisson chain. I’m glad there was gym and pool but I didn’t have time to use either. Staff was attentive to needs. I may visit again on a road trip back and forth to the North East.
