The suite was large and the bed was very comfortable. There isn't much space for clothes - no drawers, only a small area with a few hangers and a couple of hooks on the wall. But for just 3 nights, we managed. Checkin was very easy and the staff was great. We enjoyed our breakfast in Little Clam. Although the menu was limited, it was very creative! The location of the hotel is convenient; only a few minutes drive into downtown Newport.

In our room the carpet was very dirty the begging of the room was wood floor in which was nice but then lead to the carpet where the bed was . They need to continue the wood floor. All hotels need wood floors for cleanliness and for good looks. The chairs in the room need updating along as the chairs by the fire places in the lounge areas the sofa need replacing as well it does not give a good look that things need so much improvement there they should take better care of there appearances if they did I would have given a five star but I can't sorry folks
