"Beautiful room - we would definitely stay there again. Owner was very helpful and kind. Air conditioning was a plus. The only downfall is that it was a ways from the train station, so figuring out the bus schedule was imperative."

"The room was very clean and the air conditioning was working perfectly. The shower cabin is a bit small, but the hot water comes fast and the shower itself works very well. The bed was very comfortable, I especially liked the two pillows per person, one was more fluffy than the other, therefore they fit most preferences. The personal was extremely helpful in pointing out what can be visited in the region, which trains or busses to take, etc. Very good breakfast from 8:00 to 9:30. The hotel is...

"La Mezzaluna is a short walk from Barga Gallicano train station, and buses to Lucca. Rita is amazingly hospitable & welcoming, and did so much to make our stay enjoyable. Rooms are very nice, buffet breakfast set us up for the day. There is a bus up to Barga during the day, and a taxi back in evening.If you visit Barga, this is the place to stay. "
