We stayed in the cottage because the main estate was booked. The main disappointment was that there was a coffee pot and filters but no coffee. Everything else was great! They had a dinner event the 1 night we stayed and the staff was very busy.

There were bed bugs in my room. The front desk quickly moved me to another room, but a very unpleasant experience, especially for the price of the hotel. The suites need a refresh - on the shabby side and furnishings are outdated. Bed wasn't super comfortable. At check-in, I was not provided any info about the amenities on the property. The hot tub was full of bugs. The pool towels were ridiculously small and super thin. Location was great - near freeway and close to downtown Ashland. Overpriced for the quality provided.
