The staff was very helpful, the rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable and the location was great! My only complaint was the bedroom size. I experienced many hotels that have small rooms but this room was so tiny that two people could not pass each other without turning sideways. There was no actual bathroom. Just a water closet and the sink and shower were a part the room.

The spa facilities are excellent. The property is clean and well maintained. The rooms were spacious with spa bathrooms. The staff were friendly and helpful.

absolutely gorgeous hotel, the spa was amazing, we loved the location, and best of all each and every person we met there was just so gracious and helpful. The main conceirge saved our lives by fixing a train reservation I had completely fumbled - he found us a far better train, at a far better price, and helped us navigate the difficult reservation system. we would not have been able to do without him. other travelers told us they had taken the front desks help in many other ways all to excellent effect, as well. We will definitely come back some time, and tell our friends to do the same! Cindy
