Romazy Vacations from $656

When we arrived we did not get a parking code and this started off stay on the wrong foot. We emailed property several times and no response. Let into parking location by parking staff. You had to go to three different locations to reach your room. All very confusing. Staff when questioned exact location of rooms stated they didn’t really know where location of rooms were. One company owns several hotels on the island and this makes everything disjointed. Room carpet was dirty and had visible dirt chunks on it. Lights broken and water damage in bathroom. Way too much money charged for the quality of product given.

The best thing about this hotel is the view. The rooms are ok (carpet a bit old, bathrooms could use remodelling) and on the small side. Pool was nice but very small and narrow and not particularly warm, so we didn’t stay in very long. The pool has a great view over the water and the views from the hotel rooms are stunning. The breakfast was quite basic with not many options and cost €35 plus fees. Overall the hotel and breakfast were not good value. The staff member who offered to give us a ride to our next hotel was very helpful. It wasn’t clear where to go to get the ferry and we did ask staff questions about the ferry routes, etc., but perhaps there was a language barrier. There’s a way to walk directly from the ferry terminal to the hotel, which we discovered ourselves on the way back! Staff didn’t offer to book any excursions for us. The price didn’t seem to match the luxury experience we expected. (My friend’s room was over $700 a night, mine was $548). Great views and the wine and cocktails are highly recommended!

Hotel was functional and decent but the AC never got low enough and the room smelled like it had been smoked in. Decent enough place.

Wonderful stay in this beautiful and quirky hotel. Staff were great and the rooms comfortable and fun.
