We spent three nights in the Aquarius Inn at the end of June. The room was better than advertised, and Rossana was a real pleasure to meet and work with! We had a private bathroom down the hallway from our room, but we knew that when we booked and it was no problem. The place is kept very clean, and even had good air conditioning during a very hot week in Rome. We’d definitely book the Aquarius again!
We enjoyed our stay. Rossana was fantastic in explaining everything and gave us a map giving instructions on where to go.
Rossana was a wonderful host and even gave us homemade cakes.
The accommodation was so clean and breakfast was provided.
Thanks Rossana - would totally recommend.
Ross har the perfect place and her whole personality is just amazing. We had the most wonderful trip and Ross for sure had her hand in that. The personal touches every where and the good tips are amazing. We are for sure coming back and recommending other to stay here. Even the location was amazing
Skip the breakfast it is a wrapped croissant that cost 10 cent in grocery store it is above two cafes that serve hot amazing croisstants for 1 euro 10 cent which is great. great location, great room, just breakfast is a no go - that is all
Aquarius Inn is located in a beautiful old building with an operating elevator from 1927. The apartment is charming and the rooms are spacious and well equipped. The owner is very friendly and helpful with maps and suggestions for making the most of your visit. The breakfast options are perfect for starting your day of seeing spectacular ancient Rome.
A wonderful place to stay in Rome, amazing location and very clean. The room is very cozy and spacious and like a home from home. The breakfast is great and sets you up for the day.
Rosanna the host is the most lovely, welcoming person and ensures your stay runs smoothly. We would stay here again when in Rome. Thanks Rosanna for a fabulous stay.
Ross was so warm and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our stay at her unique and carefully thought out Inn. She gives a great intro and orientation which is helpful if you have never been to Rome. The Inn is on the 3rd floor and yes, there is an elevator! It’s a short walk (7-10 mins) to Termini which is perfect for jumping on the Metro Subway and Buses that connect you with the rest of the city. Lots of places to eat and shop near the Inn as well. The Bathrooms are not connected to the rooms. Some are private and others shared based on your booking. We had private which was great. There is a shared living area as well as kitchen where there is a fridge and stovetop for heating water only. Great spot to stay for a few days in Rome. We would certainly return!
Our stay at Aquarius Inn was amazing. Our host, Rossana, is a true super host. She was in contact with us before our arrival to Rome, and made sure we have correct instructions to arrive safely to the Inn. She also gave us amazing tips for sight seeing. Each evening, homemade sweets were waiting for us and the property was the cleanest and decorated very tastefully. The breakfast was very light, a mixture of croissant, nutella, jam and biscuits. I am personally used to a more elaborate breakfast, but this problem was easily solved by buying myself cheese and eggs. The kitchen has a stove and a microwave, so simple food preparation is achievable. This property is about 10 minutes walk to the Roma Termini where you can easily go to any point in Rome or Italy! And there is a supermarket about 5 minutes walk where you can buy whatever you need! The only downside for me was the washroom that was detached. But all and all, everything else perfect. We loved Aquarius Inn
Rosanna was extremely helpful and had everything we could possibly need laid out for us. She described to us on a map where we could see anything we wanted and her recommendations never disappointed. One of the best hosts I’ve ever had. My kids left her thank you notes. We will be back
We stayed at Aquarius Inn after our cruise and had a fantastic experience. Rossana, the owner, was warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful with local recommendations and travel tips. The location is quiet but walkable to major attractions, with great restaurants right nearby. Breakfast was included, and we even found homemade cookies and candies in our room—a lovely touch. Highly recommend if you're looking for a more authentic and personal Roman stay.
A really outstanding stay. The accomodation is excellent and Rosanna is very welcoming. I would definitely stay here again. Clean, friendly, cozy and spacious. Very well located near the station yet not loud at night.
Wonderful hospitality from a very kind manager and her assistant. The property is well located and very comfortable. We had baked treats in our room each day, a lovely surprise. We will most certainly be back!
