Wonderful place to stay. Customer service is wonderful. Breakfast is very good. There are numerous excellent dining operations steps away from the hotel. It is a very walkable area and very convenient to many sources of transportation. We hope to return soon.

We enjoyed 4 night at this excellent hotel. It was very close metro and train station which made it easy for us to use metro for vatican visit and one day visit Amalfi with high speed train to Salerno (1.5 hr) and use ferry to the Amalfi coast. There are plenty of restaurants and gelato near hotel.

Augusta Lucilla Place is excellent. Extremely clean with excellent beds and a terrific location. The front desk service is very professional and friendly. There is a very nice bar in the lobby and a wonderful breakfast buffet. A sister property on the corner has a roof top bar that you can use. I will definitely return to this hotel when in Rome.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience. The hotel was very quiet and clean, which made for a relaxing stay. The staff, especially in the breakfast area, were fantastic and always ready to help with a smile. Although the furniture was a bit old, the beds and sheets were spotless and comfortable. Plus, the room was serviced daily, ensuring everything was tidy and fresh. The room bar was convenient, but the prices were a bit steep, with a bottle of water costing $7.50. Overall, a great stay!

Our stay was very nice. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The air conditioner was the best part after an extremely hot day. The staff were nice and accommodating. Excellent location to the sights; about a 10-15 minute walk. Recommend the restaurant down the block called The Hive, good roof and a rooftop location.

Staff was wonderful and room was spacious for our family of 4. We were able to check in a bit after arriving from a very early flight. Room was very clean during our 3 day stay. The Hotel is a little dated but charming. There are some sights near the hotel but a bit of a walk to get to the center of Rome and see the main attractions.

Traveled to Rome with my husband, 5, snd 7 year old. Unfortunately, while we were in Tuscany our passports were stollen. The man that checked us in at Augusta Lucilla Palace was not only kind but incredibly helpful. They helped us figure out the passport situation and found us a room to switch to once our original dates were passed as we had to extend our trip a day. They even moved our bags for us to a new room. The breakfast was what you'd expect from a continental breakfast and great for the kids plus easy way to start the day. It's a bit more if a walk from things than I thought but we still managed with little kids. Highly recommemd
