### Semeria Suites 1 - Family Suite for 3

Suite 2+1 and with a bathroom in a completely renovated contemporary-style apartment. This elegant building, complete with concierge, is located in Rome's historic Garbatella neighborhood, adjacent to Via Cristoforo Colombo. Semeria Suites is 1 km from Garbatella Station (metro line B) and 1.3 km from Ostiense Station (with direct access to Fiumicino Airport). All amenities are available in the immediate vicinity, with a wide selection of bars and restaurants.  
  
This triple suite, accessible from the apartment's lobby, features two large single beds, a comfortable fouton, particularly suitable for a child, and a spacious bathroom with shower and bidet.  
For the exclusive use of the suite, there are also:  
\- a kitchenette with refrigerator, sink, electric stove, cutlery, and pots and pans.  
\- a drinks corner with cups, a kettle, and a microwave.  
\- a sail-covered terrace with a table for outdoor dining.  
  
Check-in is done online in direct communication with the host, who is available 24/7 for any needs.  
Guests will therefore have keys to access the building, the apartment, and the room, allowing them to enjoy maximum independence.  
The space reserved for guests with this reservation includes the bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, and terrace, all for their exclusive use within the suite.
