Bright, newly renovated apartment with magnificent views of all of Rome with elevator. It has a large balcony, a double bedroom, a single bedroom, and a bathroom with a large bathtub, Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, ….

The spacious living room has a sofa bed, which we can set up upon request.

It is located in the Pigneto area, just 450 meters from the Pigneto metro station to reach directly the Colosseum and there is train that connects directly to Termini Station.

Has a connecting window to the double bedroom: perfect for families.

Air conditioning in the main bedroom and the living room.



The single bed room has a connecting window to the main bedroom that allows air circulation. (Keep in mind that privacy between these two bedrooms shouldn't be your priority)



Towels and bed linen are provided based on the number of guests. The sofa will not be used as a bed unless requested in advance.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire apartment. Except the storage area dedicated to the cleaning team. The use of the sofa bed as bed is allowed upon request in the booking request.

Pigneto Station (Line C) only 6 minute walk: Connects you to directly with the Colosseum, In San Giovanni station you can change for destinations like the Spanish Steps and the Vatican...



TRAIN

The train station "Villini" is just 240m away. From there you can take the line "Roma Giardinetti" train to Termini Station in less than 10 minutes.



Parking in Rome can be challenging, especially during peak hours, so it's a good idea to plan ahead. Checking availability and rates online or through parking apps can save you time and ensure a smoother experience.



The area offers free street parking. In Rome the blue lines on the parking spot, indicate paid parking zones. The spots in white lines are free parking zones. Payment can usually be made at nearby parking meters or via mobile apps like easyParking. Be sure to check for any restrictions or time limits.
