hôtel accueillant , personnel agréable

Posted Aug 15, 2016

Hote/service

Posted Aug 3, 2016
Pros: Nice size room and bathroom. Pretty clean. Easy to get into the centre of Rome.
Location: Easy to get into Rome by train. Noting to see or do in Fascita itself.
A free shuttle service is provided to take you to the station. A train into Rome takes about 30 minutes and cost less than 5 euros return. Getting a shuttle back to the hotel isn't so simple. even if you give them a time to pick you up they want you to call the hotel to book it. However the hotel is less than 15 minutes walk from the station. Breakfast was an additional charge of 10 euros per person!. We used the 24 hour cafe that is located in the building where we paid less that 10 euros for 2 coffees and 2 croissants! Overall a pleasant experience.

Good Hotel Close to Frascati and Rome

Posted Jul 30, 2016
Pros: Very high standard - nice pool. Staff very pleasant; English speaking friendly. Rooms kept extremely well; clean towels every day.
Cons: Only this music thing at the pool. It wouldn't affect everyone - we are 64 years old, don't drink much and like to go to bed before midnight.
Location: Frascati walking distance. Trains clean and cheap into Rome. Civitavecchia nice; 20E each return. With a car, day trip Naples and Capri is achievable.
The hotel is very well appointed. We stayed in two superior rooms over a 9 night stay. Both rooms had very nice offerings in terms of bed and shower. One shower was a large head (shower rose), the other had a multiple head to foot body wash function with different settings. Both beds (doubles) were pleasantly firm, spongelike I think rather than springs etc. Crisp clean white sheets in both, the bed was made each day with minimum interference to ones belongings. Good little electronically locked safe in the wardrobe. Good aircon in both rooms. Clean white towels every day, the bathroom kept spotless. The reason for the room change was due to noise from the pool. There seems to be a buffet and music offering either for hotel guests or private parties. On the occasion I asked to move it was not possible due to the hotel being full but on the Monday after the weekend when some guests had left, the other room became free and we moved to it. It was again over the pool but had the whole width of the restaurant and its roof (as well as a lovely little terrace); it also had a view that took in the whole of Rome so it was near perfect. The reception staff all spoke good English and were very affable. The staff throughout the rest of the hotel as were pleasant and happy to smile and bid you good day etc. We ate in the restaurant once, a bit expensive at E50 each without wine. Little cafe bar attached to hotel is reasonable but beware eating outside from here as the charge doubles.

Hotel bonito pero un poco apartado

Posted Jul 16, 2016
Pros: La piscina

totals Enttauschung

Posted May 17, 2016
Wenn man 1 Nacht bleiben will zwecks Durchreise okay.
