We stayed at the Magnifico for three nights. The hotel is situated in a good central location in Rome. It is a small hotel and was quite adequate for our short stay. The room was clean and the staff member was helpful and polite and friendly. There wasn’t a restaurant but there were ample cafes, restaurants and bars within walking distance. Communication with the hotel prior to arrival was good. We enjoyed our visit to Rome and the hotel suited our needs.

Única coisa boa foi a localização. Banheiro sempre com cheiro. Televisão sem funcionar durante toda a estadia. Geladeira sem gelar. Má manutenção. Caixa embaixo da cama empoerada. Sem reposição de cápsulas de café (uma maquina para todos os quartos). Custo alto pelo que oferece.

Ce qui nous a plu : Nous avons été très bien accueillis par un monsieur très gentil et serviable à notre arrivée. La chambre était petite mais correcte. L'hôtel est très bien placé pour visiter les grands sites de Rome. Ce qui nous a déplu : Nous avions également pris cet hôtel pour la réception 24/24h et le service bagaggerie notamment. En fait, la plupart du temps, il n'y a personne à la réception et c'est un gros problème. Un soir, le badge pour entrer dans l'hôtel ne fonctionnait pas et il n'y avait personne à la réception pour nous ouvrir la porte, j'ai envoyé un Whats app pour demander le code et j'ai eu le retour 30 minutes après ( nous étions entrés avec d'autres clients entre-temps ). Et pour le service babaggerie, il n'y a pas de local dédié, nous avons dû laisser nos valises dans le couloir de l'hôtel, ce qui n'est pas très rassurant puisque tout le monde passe. Enfin, un seul rouleau de papier toilette laissé pour nos 3 jours de séjour, heureusement que nous en avions enmené pour d'autres hébergements, sinon, c'était la panne sèche ! + une invasion de fourmis dans notre chambre. Donc au final, nous avons trouvé l'hôtel moyen.

#### Well located comfy pension

Well located pension style hotel. Very close to metro stop and main train station, and many of the major sites to see in Roma! Small rooms, but comfortable and clean. Note no full-time check-in staff (although staff are very friendly and helpful), so if arriving late have to co-ordinate. Note also there is only coffee in common area - no food / breakfast / snacks as pictures on site suggest. Raised with owners who are working to correct info on various booking sites. Plenty of places to get food in the area though.

Our time at Magnifico Rome was fantastic! The triple room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The service was top-notch, with a special shoutout to Shafiq for his helpfulness. The hotel's proximity to the metro station and Trevi Fountain made exploring Rome a breeze. Plus, the convenience of luggage storage on our last day was a lifesaver. Definitely worth every penny! Can't wait to return.

I booked a one-night stay primarily because the hotel is very close to the train station. The accommodations are simple but certainly adequate and the price is good. The only caveat is that this (like a number of hotels these days) consists of a number of rooms in a large building whose facilities serve other interests. This creates some logistical challenges when you arrive, especially in the evening. The person on staff, Chaffee, was extremely helpful. It seems the trade-off is that the management can charge a bit less because they are not maintaining an entire building. That said, the room was very clean and the location very central.

Location is very close to the centre , walking distance to major attractions , manager practically never there , only expresso machine, no jug even in the foyer, forget about room. The rooms need to be upgraded, very small out of date as well as bathroom facility. In the bathroom and as well as in the room not enough surface area to put your personal belongings.

#### 24 hour onsite staff not available

Only one person does registration and housekeeping. No 24x7, so if you are planning to leave bags, you are taking a big risk as the keypad codes through the several gets to get to the property don't always work. And if you have a foreign SIM card, you may not be able to reach anyone for help. Overall quality of the rooms not commensurate with the room rate. I stayed at a nearby hotel on subsequent dates that were cheaper with 24x7 staff and much better room quality.
