Clean, modern, and close to everything!

Very close to everything, no need to get a taxi or to drive for sight seeing. We could walk or catch the train easily. The apartment was clean and modern, and our host was excellent! The only slight drawback was that there wasn’t really any common area where we could sit and have a drink which was hard since we were traveling with another couple and would have liked to do so especially in the morning. That being said, we would stay there again, happily.

Giorgio ha sido estupendo, muy amable, nos ayudo a pedir un servicio de recogida de taxi y pudimos dejar las maletas el último día sin problema. Está a 5 minutos del Vaticano, pero lejitos del Coliseo y esa otra zona turística. El desayuno es en un bar cercano, puedes elegir un café, un zumo, un sabor de sándwich y un sabor de corneto. Lo único malo es que si llega alguien al hotel se escucha mucho en las habitaciones, y a los vecinos de habitación también se les escucha bastante .

Overall experience was awful, would never stay here again. They advertise parking on premises, but it’s just street parking and you have to find your own spots. If you don’t check in in the 4 hour window specified in the webpage, they charge you 25 euros for late check in, which I find absolutely absurd. The lady was rude, the room was dark, tiny and the shower was clogged. Power went out several times in one night, meaning no light or WiFi. When I informed her, she said maybe we had too many lights on... what the heck. Breakfast was ok. Would never stay here again though. Very unpleasant experience

Sehr familiär. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und sie hat uns alles genau erklärte, wo wir sind und wie wir am besten zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten kommen etc. Wir waren nur 10 min zu Fuß vom Vatikan entfernt, die Metro Station 7 Minuten zu Fuß und vor der Türe hält sofort der Bus. Es gab „nur“ 3 Zimmer diese waren alle frisch renoviert und mit liebe zum Detail eingerichtet Es gab eine Küchenzeile, kostenlos Kaffe und Tee. Wir würden jederzeit wieder in dieses Hotel fahren. Danke für die schönen Tage

This brand-new property (end June 2019) is very conveniently located (metro Lepanto; bus/tram: Piazza di Risorgimento); true international 4 star standard. You enter a courtyard - in the evening through a wrought iron gate (you are given a key); very quiet. A concierge is on site during the day (security is one of his briefs). This type of living arrangement is called a “condominium” (43 flats within this complex). You enter the property through another wrought iron gate (key), and an entrance door (key). Shared area (entrance), no resident staff: Nescafé machine/kettle; hob; microwave - all this is shared between the occupants of three large double rooms. Efficient staff: Morena - who speaks excellent English. Wi-fi Area: stylish, up-market shops, great restaurants, also excellent for evening strolls (aperitifs). St Peter’s cathedral: 10 mins’ walk. I slept incredibly well and I was truly happy during my stay. It felt like paradise in the centre of Rome.
