No one was on site when we arrived. Had to call and waited for almost an hour for some to come and let use in. No breakfast was provided. No staff on site. Must of the stuff in the room was broken. Such as the wardrobe. It was falling apart. Almost fell apart on me. But I must say it had a wicked shower. Best I have seen in a long time.

최악의 숙박업소

직원이 영어를 모르고, 매일 하우스키핑 해준다더니 3일 머무는 동안 청소 한번도 안해주고, 수건은 5유로 추가요금 요구해요. 꼭 밤마다 세탁기 돌려서 시끄럽고, 건물 아래에 술집 있는데 새벽3시까지 엄청 시끄럽습니다. 옷장은 부숴져 있고 TV거치대도 망가져서 벽에서 떨어질까봐 불안했어요. 그리고 시티텍스 1인당 1박에 3.5유로 있어요.

Proche de la station San Giovanni et d'une ligne de tramway A noter que sncf.com a réservé notre séjour par l'intermédiaire d'EXPEDIA, ce qui n'était pas indiqué sur les mails de confirmation. Cela a été la source d'une certaine incompréhension entre nous et l'hôtel pour la confirmation téléphonique demandée au moins 48 heures avant notre venue. A part cela aucun problèmes et chambre et service de très grande qualité A recommander

Hôtel sympa

Chambre refaite à neuf,bien situé,quartier vivant. Équipements de la chambre de bonne qualité. Ce que nous regrettons c'est de n'avoir vu le personnel qu'à notre arrivée et que le petit déjeuner soit quelques gâteaux industriels prit dans la chambre. Du double vitrage aurait été apprécié. Avec l'offre de réduction cet hôtel a été un bon rapport qualité/prix.

Clean cheap and basic

Not quite the luxury we were expecting but actually it was ok. Set within a mixture of offices and flats the "inn" is not that easy to find. When walking into the inn it looked more like a dr surgery than a place to stay. I think it must have been a converted office into 5 rooms. Kitted out from ikea everything was new but cheap. There were nesprrsso machines in each room. There was a sky tv box but it didn't work. Breakfast was just packet croissant and cakes which we didn't have for breakfast - instead went out to a cafe en route to colosseum. Room and bathroom clean and tidy but basic. I guess it was more like the U.K. Travellodge than anything luxury. But it did the job. The road outside was quite noisy at night but I think most places in Rome would be too. Just 1.5 mile walk to coleseum. We went for a run one morning from inn down to Vatican and along the river bank and back up more local streets to inn. If you drive there isn't a car park but on the other side of the park out front you can park for free. I have advise the owner to contact guests at least a week prior to arrival. It wasn't clear the location not set up of the inn. And that the reception desk is only manned part time. So best to arrange check in time beforehand as another couple arrived 10pm and no one about to check them in. If you are looking for somewhere cheap and clean then this is ok to stay it.

Hôtel simple à trouver, très bon accueil. La chambre est situé au centre de Rome pas loin du métro. Pour la situation PRESQUE rien à dire, SAUF que la chambre est placée à côté d'un hôpital et la nuit, il y a énormément de passage d'ambulance ...etc Petit point NOIR, le manque d'isolation phonique. Notre lit aurait été placer dans la rue: ''ça aurait été pareil''. Le Mr qui nous a accueillit été sympa, mais le soir il discutait au téléphone ou autre, jusqu'à point d'heure (23h,0h00... )!! Très désagréable surtout quand vous n'en pouvez plus de votre journée !! Quand au déjeuner, nous n'avons pas compris !!! il était censé être compris tout les jours et il y a 2 matins ou l'on n'a rien eu !!!??? Voilà voilà !!!En conclusion la chambre était super bien, Mais je n'y retournerais pas !!!

Newly renovated but doesn't have what it states

Stay here for two nights in Rome. First off check in was a nightmare, he emailed me what time I was gettin there I told him just after 2pm so when I got to the accomodation at 2:20pm, no one there, they have no reception so my wife and I are stuck outside this gate trying to think are we at the right place. I finally find a number to call, he answered tells me 5 mins away, 30 mins later, all this time we are waiting on the street, thank god it wasn't raining. He gets there, no sorry for being late, shows us in, starts telling us his problems, no sky tv as its now too expensive, electricity bills are expensive so don't have lights on when you leave, the check in then lasted 35 mins while he complained about the Internet. Overall wasting 1.5 hr of our time with waiting. The room was nice, new, clean, bathroom nice, no breakfast and no good places near by I wouldn't stay here again, sorry

Hotel luxueux pour week end en amoureux

Refait à neuf les cinq chambres spacieuses décorées avec goût offrent des prestations de qualité : serviettes , peignoirs , lit 200x160 matelas mémoire de forme , wifi , telephone gratuit toutes distances , petit déjeuner , refregirateur mini bar et cafetière dans la chambre . proche de Saint Jean de Latran et son metro vous serez vite sur tout ce qui est à voir dans Rome . Un restaurant sympathique a 100 mètres reste ouvert jusqu'à 23h et complete bien la prestation de l'hôtel
