The A/C was not working on the day we arrived, but the staff was very helpful and remedied the problem fairly quickly. The staff also gave recommendations for restaurants, grocery stores, and called a car for our transfer to the airport.

Hotel is in a perfect location. Staff is super helpful and communicates right away. Room was comfortable and clean. I would stay here again, but I will say. If you are looking to work from the hotel the internet is a slow connection, but the office helped me to find alternate ways to work. Also, there is no AC (we stayed in October) nights could get warm, but we opened windows and had a traveling fan. Lastly...this is on a very noisy street. We heard trash truck constantly throughout the night emptying bins nearby. Despite all this as I mentioned, I would stay here again based on location and amazing staff.

Problemas con las calderas para el agua caliente, en varias ocasiones no habia agua caliente. En ocasiones, lograr comunicarse con los manejadores de la propiedad era dificil. La luz del servicio sanitario molesta en el resto de la habitacion pues hay unos bloques de cristal como parte del cuarto del servicio sanitario.

This room was perfect for what it was. It was a relaxing nice place to come back to after the hustle and bustle of Rome. The location was perfect that it was super walkable to all the amazing sites, but wasn't directly in them making it a little more quiet and peaceful. It was nice walking home everyday from all the fun. It felt very safe, and was very cute. A little outdated and therefore the room felt a little rundown but overall it was very clean and comfortable. We slept awesome here too, but could be from walking around so much haha!

Gammelt og ærverdig stil. Føltes som vi var tilbake på 1800 tallet.. B&B var vel bare B. Ingen frokost. Svært manuell heis som føltes gammel og utrygg, men en opplevelse verdt! Kommer aldri tilbake hit, er nok mer godt vant enn gjennomsnittet.

I didnt like this hotel. The air conditioner was not working it was hot in the room, wifi wasnt working, and when taking shower the water would drian (so disgusting) very old building and everything is manuel and old even accessing the building and room. The staff were nice, friendly, and welcoming. They were helpful with providing local information but i do not recommend this hotel.

Das ist eher ein Guesthaus als ein Hotel. Wer aber in hervorragender Lage eine gute Unterkunft sucht, der ist hier genau richtig. Sauber, großes Zimmer und sehr gute Kommunikation. Late Check-In auch gar kein Problem, war sehe gut koordiniert. Frühstück gibt es nicht, aber dafür gibt es zig Gelegenheiten in der Umgebung. Für mich klare Empfehlunge.

Nice staff, good location, standard room

Staff were excellent and kept us updated throughout our stay. The rooms are quite standard but spacious with AC in the room. The building itself also has a small elevator, but be cautious to let it come to a completely stop before opening the doors because otherwise you might get stuck! Overall nice stay in Rome within a good walking distance to most areas, would recommend

The staff were very nice. Whenever I had wifi issues, the owner was open to sharing other alternative wifi connections for me to use and even offered for me to stay in the common area for better connectivity. Also, this place is near the SIT shuttle where you can take this shuttle to the FCO airport for 7 euros if you don’t want to pay for a taxi ride.

I took a 2 week trip to Europe and stayed in many different places. Out of all the places I stay I have to say this was the most beautiful, easy to access, clean, and safe place we have stayed in. The rooms are very beautiful and modern. The house keeper does an amazing job at making sure the rooms are clean and there are new towels everyday. The owner of this establishment is amazing. She was very nice when we were checking in and contacted us to ask about our stay during the trip. If I come back to Rome this is the first place I would look to book a room with. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, easy to access room with a wonderful host.
