Palazzo Ripetta was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The room was spotless, elegant, and extremely comfortable everything felt fresh and beautifully maintained. The attention to detail in both design and cleanliness was exceptional. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. From the reception team to housekeeping, everyone went out of their way to make us feel at home. They were always ready to help with anything we needed, from directions to local recommendations. We also ordered late-night room service, and the food was perfectly prepared and beautifully presented such a pleasant surprise after a long day exploring Rome. The location was within walking distance of Piazza del Popolo, the Spanish Steps, and plenty of great cafés and lots of stores and boutiques yet the area still felt calm and nice. . I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Palazzo Ripetta to anyone looking for a refined, comfortable, and welcoming stay in the heart of Rome.
