The place has a great location! It is located near all of Rome's big tourist sites. I would consider this place more of an Airbnb or perhaps a very small bed and breakfast nestled within an apartment complex rather than a hotel or suite. The included breakfast was awesome every morning. What makes this place shine, though, is the staff. Each person we interacted with was great and super helpful, and it feels very much like a family run place, and you can't help but feel a part of that when you're there.

We enjoyed our stay. Our space was part of a multi-unit apartment in an apartment building. There are four rooms (with private bathroom) and a shared breakfast area. The room is a bit dated but great location as a base to explore the city. Balcony is wonderful. The mini-split AC is an older unit and didn’t cool as well after a hot day but we managed. Staff was helpful. Be sure to check for messages on Expedia and add the host to WhatsApp once at the building. Good experience overall.

When owner sends messages, chat wont come directly on expedias chat. He will send an attachement that will have a chat inside it. All info is sent there. Keep checking that

Mario, terrible. Se fou complètement de sa clientèle. Ne réponds pas aux questions, arrive le matin en étant de mauvaise humeur parce-que qu'on a déjeuné 3 minutes avant 8h. Mais le reste la jeune dame du matin super sympathique, endroit bien situé etc.

Die Lage mitten in der lebendigen Altstadt und trotzdem ruhig. Nur 10 Minuten per Fuß zum Colosseum, Palatin, Forum Romanum u. Termini(Hbf.)- idealer geht es nicht!

Great place, staff, and location. Not free parking

The initial contact was the hardest part of this reservation. The 'hotel' is more of a BnB inside a condo where the woman at the front desk was very rude. After clearly stating that she doesn't speak English, we left her alone. We later looked at her again when she waved us over. She proceed to yell at us in Italian and we kept telling her that we didn't know what she was talking about. A staff member just so happened to come out and see us, and she was very kind and helped us with everything! Please note THERE IS NOT FREE PARKING HERE. It costs 4 Euros per day. Shower was great, bed was comfortable, and AC was much needed (and very good). Close to the hop-on, hop-off sight seeing tour. All around great place :)

This is a great location, they have a great continental breakfast. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The evenings can get loud from the bar downstairs (which is not part of this B and B) so bring earplugs.

Ottima posizione per un B&B il cui proprietario dedica un'attenzione in più ad ogni suo ospite! Mio marito ha corso la maratona e per colazione, preparata appositamente al mattino prestissimo, ha trovato il miele e altre prelibatezze energetiche...oltre al gatorade!!! Se non è cura del cliente questa!?
