I’ll start out with the positive side of our stay. The location of the apartment is central to everything and very near the metro stop. The location manager typically responded within a day, before we got to the apartment, and usually within an hour once we were in the apartment. The check in process was very accurate. We were sent a video walk through of the front door from the street all the way into the apartment. The beds were not comfortable. And we had to use all of our towels to clean up a major water leak because the drain pipe from the sink to the wall was disconnected. The cost to arrive a couple hours early was 100, on top of the high price for the apartment. You are limited to one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. At the end of your stay you must take your trash down around the corner from the apartment about 400m and when I arrived I was told I couldn’t bring my trash there. So then I had to walk all the way back and find somewhere else to put it. If you leave the trash in the apartment you will be charged to remove it. I felt that the overall condition of the apartment was so so. The showers did not work well and had mold all around the caulking off the doors. If you are simply looking for a central place to stay that has a bed, this will suffice. If you want something more I would look elsewhere.
