A EVITER ABSOLUMENT
Pessima organizzazione.
We were booked into the quadruple room here but were told on our arrival that we couldn't have it until the next day and then the next day we were told it was booked out again! The hotel is terrible, the owner has dogs so there is dog hair everywhere plus the fact they bark a lot in the night too. Also there is a dance school next door and the music plays till late at night and the train station is so close you can hear the trains all through the night.
Previous reviews have shown the owner has done this to other guests too so i would avoid this place at all costs!!

Desacertado
If you are looking for an extraordinary experience in Rome, this is the place to go. Andrea, Francesca and Catalin are great hosts, in a familiar and elegant place only 20-30 minutes away from Rome's main attractions.
If you like international hotels with cold rooms and tiny bathrooms, then you should avoid this place. :-)
It was awful!!!
We missed our connecting flight in Amsterdam and couldn't get to Rome till the next morning.
I called Hotels.com to let them know. They asked if I wanted refund for the first night in Terrace Suites. I said no because if we get refund, we wouldn't be able to check in till 4 pm. I would rather pay for the night even though we wouldn't be able to sleep there. That way, as soon as we get to Rome, we can get into our room, shower and change. I called and emailed the hotel to let them know that we will be in around 11-12 on Saturday. We got in at 12 pm. Francesca met us at the door. She said the room wasn't ready because she and her son slept there last night. First, I paid for the room so I'm not sure why she slept there. Second, she knew we were to arrive by 12. Why didn't she at least have the room(that I paid for) ready? She told us she needed 1.5 hours to clean the room. We were traveling at that point for 50 hours. Instead of showering and changing clothes, we had to go down and walk around till the room was cleaned. Came back close to 3 pm and she was still in our bathroom cleaning. Should have just gotten a refund. Next day, came back to room late. Beds were made but no fresh towels. No toilet paper. Thank god there was a market open 24 hrs so we ran out to buy toilet paper.
Breakfast was supposed to be included but when I asked her about it, she said it's too hot to cook. Worst place I've ever stayed at. Never again!!!

Good apartment for families
Very friendly staff, big apartment for a family good connections to the city. We loved it. The railway station is just 100 metres away so when you are coming from Fiumicino airport this is very good place to stop.
I booked a room at this hotel twice within a 10 day period. My first visit was exceptional. The room was clean, the hosts were pleasant, and the breakfast was delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel. After I left, I went on a short trip around Italy, and returned seven days later for a one night stay before flying out the next morning. It was a long day getting there, and my wife and I were expecting a quick check in like last time. It was not to be. They had rented our pre-booked room to guests who decided they wanted to stay longer. The owner/manager took us to a nearby Holiday Inn Express and set us up there. It was a bit inconvenient, but it is what it is. I liked the hotel, and I would recommend it. The owners provide great service, and are very helpful.
A localizacao e excelente, fica a 5 min.
Recomendo.
Besides the basics that the hotel is clean, the served breakfast is delicious, the hosts are nice and everything else that all nice hotels got, Terrace Suite has three dogs. I simply loved to get back to the hotel after a long day in Rome, to properly relax with them.

Nice and good room. Nice B & B
Nice and very personal visit. The host Andrea is very kind and attentive to your needs.
Great stay, will surely get back.
