Man sollte allerdings nicht in den Wintermonaten das Haus nutzen, da die Heizung nicht ausreicht. Die Klimaanlagen, die auch Heizen, schaffen es nicht und überlasten das Stromnetz, so dass man das Haus mit einer Pellet Heizung heizt.
