The kitchen was very well organized and equipped with all necessary implements. The home was spotless and very welcoming. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The home was set in a very beautiful area with access to fresh farm products, a view of the alps, and an historic city center only a couple miles away.

My family of three had a very good time staying there during our vacation. It was very nice clean, well organized place. Owners very nice and helpful and their children very sweet. The best for us it was to use a hot tub, we really enjoyed that. We also liked the surroundings and neighborhood. Overall experience was very good.

It was just perfect

Let’s make this brief: just 15 minutes by taxi from Rosenheim train station. So quiet it is unbelievable. The apartment is in mint condition. Underfloor heating (such a pleasure). Miele appliances in the kitchen one thinks of nothing better. For the people that need their online time instead of enjoying the time off - WLAN is fast.The owners are such nice people it’s unbelievable. In a nutshell: a dream!

Alles in allem eine 10/10. Die Wohnung liegt eher ländlich und in einer "ruhigen" Gegend. Ruhig in Anführungszeichen wenn man keine Probleme damit hat Morgens von dem Muhen der Kühe geweckt zu werden. Leider hatten wir Pech mit dem Wetter,ansonsten ist auch der Außenbereich sehr gemütlich. Zwischenzeitlich hatten wir dort besuch von einem Huhn, man sollte also keine Probleme mit Tieren haben! Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Nur zu empfehlen!

Erholung pur

Wer von allem etwas haben möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Man hat Ruhe, kann in 5-10 Min mit dem Fahrrad in Rosenheim selber sein und hat Trubel oder man geht zum Gasthof (fast um die Ecke). Als Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradtouren oder auch mit dem Auto zu den nächst gelegenen Seen, Bergen und Orten/Städten ist man hier genau richtig. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, die einem mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stehen und eine sehr schöne Wohnung in einer ländlichen Umgebung. Für uns hat alles super gepasst und wir freuen uns auf das Wiedersehen

Die Ferienwohnung ist in einer sehr ruhigen Lage in einem Stadtteil von Rosenheim gelegen. Die Vermieter wohnen im selben Haus. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermieter war von Anfang an sehr angenehm geführt und voller Hilfsbereitschaft. Danke dafür.Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gefallen. Groß genug, sehr gut ausgestattet mit einer sehr schöner Terrasse.Die Nähe nach München und Kufstein, zum Chiemsee und zum Tegernsee kam uns sehr gelegen.Die Wohnung können wir wärmstens empfehlen.

Wundervolle Ferienwohnung am Stadtrand von Rosenheim

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dieser Ferienwohnung. Die Gastgeberin wahr sehr nett und aufmerksam. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr modern und mit viel Liebe, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders die Küche hat uns gefallen. Sie ist nicht nur sehr modern, sondern auch funktionell ausgestattet, sodass es an nichts fehlt. Außerdem ist die Sauberkeit der Wohnung zu erwähnen, so sauber haben wir noch nie eine Ferienwohnung übernommen. Die Umgebung ist ist ebenfalls sehr schön. Von hier aus kann man bequem viele Ausflugsziele, sowie München oder Salzburg, erreichen. Von uns gibt es eine 100 prozentige Weiterempfehlung und ein herzliches Dankeschön an die Gastgeber.

Traumhafte Unterkunft

Diese Wohnung ist wirklich ein Traum. Hier steckt ganz viel Liebe drin. Qualitativ hochwertige Möbel, gepflegte Wohnung, gepflegter Außenbereich. Man fühlt sich direkt zuhause. Netter Kurzurlaub nahe Rosenheim

Wir haben ein paar nette Tage in Rosenheim verbracht, die Innenstadt besichtigt, ein paar Mussen angesehen und sind mit der Sommerrodelbahn am Blomberg gefahren. Die Wohnung hat als angenehmer Ausgangspunkt gedient, mit geräumiger Küche und gut vorbereiteter Informationsmappe (von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, zu Sehenswürdigkeiten und Unternehmungen alles gelistet).
