Bonjour, Nous venons de passer une semaine avec deux couples et 3 enfants. La maison est parfaite moderne propre et bien equipee. La residence est vraiment agreable. Concernant Carmen c est vraiment une personne au top elle est a l écoute, elle repond tres rapidement et surtout vraiment arrangeante. Bravo a elle !!!!

Maison calme et agréable

Maison calme et agréable, le ménage avant d’arrivé sur place est fait je pense par les anciens locataires, et non pas par la gérante, il y avait encore de la vaisselle pas faite et des glaces dans le congélateur. Pas de d'états des lieux, ni de checks-liste pour savoir se qu’il y a dans la maison, et je me permets de rajouter que n’ayant pas fait d'états des lieux, ni à l’entrée ni à la sortie, la gérante s’est permis de nous retiré une coquette somme sur la caution sous prétexte qu’il manquait une taie d’oreiller qui était déjà manquante! J’ai eu beau expliqué que nous n’allions rien faire avec UNE TAIE, plus de nouvelles,ni d’échange avec la gérante. Penser bien à ramener vos draps, car ceux déjà sur place, ont une odeur de renfermé bizarre, on n’a tout enlevé et tout mis dans le placard.. Du coup faite bien le tour de la maison des l’arrivée, photo et envoie par mail à la gérante. Mise à part sa, la vue est très jolie, il y a la piscine, c’est calme. Dans le descriptif, il y a un court de tennis qui n’ai jamais ouvert, fermer avec un cadenas à code, mais nous n’avo Pas eu le code! De plus, nous sommes à 1800m de la plage, c’est certainement le cas,le problème, c’est que la maison est perchée à une hauteur qui fait que nous ne pouvons pas descendre à pied, voiture obligatoire, même le vélo c’est pas la peine ou alors un vélo électrique. Du coup pas de plage parce que le parking est payant en bas.. Je recommande si quelqu’un veut se reposer en fessant quelques sorties, mais celui qui veut faire la plage, rentrer la plage,les magasins, la plage etc..compliquer..libre à vous de voir..

MAison agréable dans un beau complexe résidentiel. Beau point de vue sur les ruines de puig ROM.

A proximité, la vue sur la baie de Rosas est à couper le souffle.
