My 1st visit the room was spotless but 2nd visit it smelled so bad was hard to stay and the carpet stained. I give 5 stars as the staff are friendly, accomodating, helpful and amazing from reception to bar, to chef to waiting staff. I haven't met the cleaning staff but I have done this type of work ...

We were in Braidwood for a family wedding and the location was perfect - between the church and the reception, close to cafes and shops. The house itself was clean and spacious and well equipped. We would definitely recommend and were only sorry we didn’t stay longer.
