Vaping manager, dirty room, rotten breakfast food

They also closed the pool one month early, But did not state that on the website. The manager said that there was a problem they painted the pool because it rained. When we arrived, the manager said she was almost done cleaning our rooms. She gave us the room key but she never showed up to finish cleaning. The bathroom was covered with long straight hair, and I had to clean the tub before I stepped in it., But did not state that on the website. The manager said that there was a problem they painted the pool because it rained The fruit of the best breakfast buffet was bruised and moldy can see from the attached picture. Also the manager refused to provide a refund.

Thank you for your feedback. Our pool is advertised as seasonal and therefor we close the pool when we feel necessary due to weather. We never give a key out when a room is not ready to be checked into so I feel as tho it's strongly possible you're confusing our hotel and the photos with another stay of yours. I hope you enjoyed the rest of your travels.

ok hotel

Pros: Staff were helpful, friendly. Room was adequate.
Cons: Saw 2 mosquitoes inside- they better spray the rooms.The bathroom light is connected to the fan so it's noisy.
Location: UFO museum, Carlsbad Caverns within 2hours drive.
Not bad for a one night stay.. comfy enough. Staff helpful and nice.

Best Bang for the Buck in Roswell

Pros: A great facility for an inexpensive price - a best bargain!
Cons: Only thing I can think of is more time for me to enjoy the facilities!
I was just on a 6 day trip around some new territory and the Rodeway Inn in Roswell was the least expensive, but nicest place I stayed. Tamara and Rhachel did a fine job taking care of Rodeway's business and were more than welcoming. My next visit to Roswell will include another stay, there is simply no better deal in Motels out there! Great pool, nice clean large room, a wonderful courtyard area with grills and tables; fridges and microwaves. It doesn't get any better! Thanks!!

I'll be back again!

Business brought me to Roswell, so I picked this hotel based on location and price. I wasn't disappointed. The front desk girl was very friendly and efficient, answering all my questions. The room itself was clean, and smelled clean as well. The fridge and microwave in the room was a nice touch too! I woke up too late for breakfast, so I can't speak to that, but I enjoyed my stay enough that I'll be back in October....

Pleasant hotel with great service.

This was a return trip to this property. And, it was a very pleasant upgrade in service. The lady at the front desk was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. The rooms had been upgraded and very more comfortable. The location was great for travelers passing through on the way West.
