Paid for breakfast for two days but realized later that we would not be able to eat breakfast on day 2. Tried to get a refund but was informed that they will credit me the parking but it was less than breakfast and they would not reimburse the difference.

The friendly, professional and organized staff was everything at this hotel. The awesome staff helps one overlook the worn but clean and cared for spaces. We were a large and demanding group (20 people) but they treated us all fairly every time. In our experience this was the best service we have ever experienced travel with this world wide travel group for the past 20 years.

Nice clean room. Good restaurant. Great staff. Breakfast starts too late for an airport hotel. 7/7:30am is late when you have stayed at the airport for the sole purpose of an early flight!
