“The one bedroom, ensuite room was great. It was lovely to be able to eat home cooked meals at a dining table and sit on a lounge suite to watch some television. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cutlery, crockery, pots and pans and an under-bench fridge and freezer. Unfortunately the dishwasher wasn’t working but wasn’t an issue. “NEEDS IMPROVING. The location was fantastic, however there are several things that need work and whoever cleans the flat would know this. The freezer section of the refrigerator is one solid block of ice, pushing open the freezer door. It's so bad that a person needs to make sure the fridge door is closed. The shower hose and drain need attention. The drain gets plugged immediately. The bed is the absolute WORST bed I have ever slept on. I bet the mattress is several decades old. You feel……

“The property had a good location and was clean. It is small but ok for short stays. The worst part of the stay was communication. Checking in was difficult due to an incorrect code but we had assistance from other residents which helped enormously. Also there’s no wriggle room with code as we established it would not open even 5 minutes before check in time, despite being ready. Maybe rectifying this to 15 minutes grace would be more accommodating if the property is ready,,as after 6 hours of……
