![Um 1085, zur Zeit der Klostergründung durch Herzog Welf I wurde bereits eine romanische, dreischiffige Basilika mit Querschiff und Flachdach errichtet. Mitte des 15 Jhd wurde die Kirche durch den Baumeister Hansen erstmals umgebaut. Heute ist die Kirche eine dreischiffige Basilika, mit freistehenden Glockenturm und romanischen Grundriss. Die architektonischen Proportionen sind Gotisch. Im Innenraum verschmelzen die Stilrichtungen des Rokoko, der Gotik und der Romantik. Sie ist eine der schönsten Kirchen Deutschlands und ein Juwel des Allgäuer Pfaffenwinkels Around 1085, the time of the founding of the monastery by Duke Welf I, a Romanesque three-nave basilica was built with transept and flat roof. Middle of the 15th century the church was rebuilt for the first time by the builder Hansen. Today the church is a basilica, with free-standing bell tower and Romanesque ground plan. The architectural proportions are Gothic. In the interior fuse the styles of the Rococo, Gothic and Romance. “The facility was very nice and had a cool design. The room was very comfortable and had a good amount of space, would for sure recommend over staying in a traditional hotel room. The breakfast spread was very good and came with more than enough food and great coffee to top it off. Very close to down town area with plenty of dining and shopping. Short drive to all the great things to do outdoors. Customer service is top notch. Would highly recommend staying here! ”

“Beautiful location right by the lake. The apartment is tastefully furnished with great amenities, and the host’s communication was excellent. Plenty of fantastic food options nearby as well. The only minor downside was the kitchen lighting (a bit dim) and the number of unused light switches, which made it tricky to figure out which ones actually worked.”

"房间很好，环境很好，停车场很好，但是需要进行员工培训，我可以明显感觉到我退房时，前台的两位女性，其中一位并不想服务亚洲人，所以一直在电脑前装的很忙碌，并时不时用眼睛撇我，在另一位女性给我和我老婆提供服务后，她起身开始为排在我后面的白人夫妻提供服务。"

"服務人員很棒，入住很順利，記得跟服務人員索取city card,免費,因為住宿費用，現場會收城市稅，此卡可以搭此區的公車免費，自駕車可停飯店，需付費5歐/天，公車有到祖格峰纜車站，市區很多賣戶外用品，樣式折扣都很多，用餐的地方也多，唯一缺點沒暖氣，夏天也需問看看是否有冷氣，歐洲夏天沒以前那麼不熱了，但這位於山腳下，可能會好點."

"提早預定湖景套房、因為靠湖邊所以比較潮溼、所以房間不是很理想跟櫃檯更換靠前區的房間裝潢是新裝修好的＇因為是家庭旅遊，所以其中有一間是三人房實在有夠棒比想像中的還美、房間區有三個床位，還有一個客廳區分隔開來因為是實木地板，所以都是拖鞋在裡面走動就像在家裡一樣有夠讚，早餐豐盛非常完美，這家飯店離新天鵝堡很近，高天鵝堡更近10分鐘、就可以走上去，晚上還可以在湖邊散步是所有的飯店地理位置最棒的、早上去新天鵝堡中午還可以回去休息，下午再去高天鵝堡"
