a wonderful location for both business and pleasure. This apartment is located at the Kralingse plas. at the heart of Rotterdam's upscale neighborhoods bus most importantly it is close to metro's and across the road of Rotterdam's main park; the perfect spot for jogging, sailing of picnic. Aside from finding ample recreational facilities right out the front door shops and supermarkets are just a stone away. Whereas the apartment itself is spacious at 80m2. The apartment is fully suitable or any kind of stay, and equipped with high quality equipment, smart tv, Rolf Benz designer furniture and more. Additionally there is a private terrace attached to the house for guests to enjoy e morning coffee or catch some sun ( although the Netherlands isn't the ultimate place for sunbathing.
