“飯店雖然相對新穎，但實際狀況與標示不符。飯店並未提供標示中的停車場，需步行約五分鐘至公共停車場停車，對於上下行李極為不便。 更令人震驚的是，櫃檯人員竟將已入住的房間分配給我。換房後，又有服務人員上門質疑為何入住該房，經我解釋後才致歉。而隨行友人也遇到其他住客誤開房門的情況。如此嚴重的管理疏失，實在難以相信竟會發生在希爾頓集團旗下的飯店”

“早餐很好. 唯一可讚的是我們早机到了,準備到酒店安放好旅行箧後等15：00回來辦理登記入住,當時早上九點左右,職員說有房間現在可以登記入住,我們起出望外,十分開心的. 入住兩天沒有特别問題的,在第三天及第四天由於我們大約每天15：30至16：00左右會回酒店稍作休息的習慣,回到房間仍未有執房,便联給客服,就好快安排執房算了.第四天回來同樣時間回來,都是未有執房,再次联络客服說接錯了這是餐廳,故此我的伴侶便到前台找她們理論,當時一位女職員的態度有點兒不認真笑着對我們的投诉,由於我們的英文能力沒太好,我站在一旁看到覺得她有點兒歧視我們.噪得很久,有另一個男職員就幫手说的事今天太多房間要清潔故遲了。 在我的立場看每間酒店應該是安排好足夠的職員做的,不是太多客人入住房間就遲遲都未執好的.難道客人晚上22：00回來看見仍未清潔房間,要客人無奈要接受不清潔的道理嗎？ 這一點酒店應該是值得重事的及改善. 酒店的旅客入住你們管理層應是知道的而是作出安排人手.不是隨便算吧的. 作為一間很有名氣的酒店應該是認真處理每件旅客提出意見。作出改善.對所有的旅客開心的旅程.最後祝酒店每天客似雲來.”

"早餐很好. 唯一可讚的是我們早机到了,準備到酒店安放好旅行箧後等15：00回來辦理登記入住,當時早上九點左右,職員說有房間現在可以登記入住,我們起出望外,十分開心的. 入住兩天沒有特别問題的,在第三天及第四天由於我們大約每天15：30至16：00左右會回酒店稍作休息的習慣,回到房間仍未有執房,便联給客服,就好快安排執房算了.第四天回來同樣時間回來,都是未有執房,再次联络客服說接錯了這是餐廳,故此我的伴侶便到前台找她們理論,當時一位女職員的態度有點兒不認真笑着對我們的投诉,由於我們的英文能力沒太好,我站在一旁看到覺得她有點兒歧視我們.噪得很久,有另一個男職員就幫手说的事今天太多房間要清潔故遲了。 在我的立場看每間酒店應該是安排好足夠的職員做的,不是太多客人入住房間就遲遲都未執好的.難道客人晚上22：00回來看見仍未清潔房間,要客人無奈要接受不清潔的道理嗎？ 這一點酒店應該是值得重事的及改善. 酒店的旅客入住你們管理層應是知道的而是作出安排人手.不是隨便算吧的. 作為一間很有名氣的酒店應該是認真處理每件旅客提出意見。作出改善.對所有的旅客開心的旅程.最後祝酒店每天客似雲來."

"飯店雖然相對新穎，但實際狀況與標示不符。飯店並未提供標示中的停車場，需步行約五分鐘至公共停車場停車，對於上下行李極為不便。 更令人震驚的是，櫃檯人員竟將已入住的房間分配給我。換房後，又有服務人員上門質疑為何入住該房，經我解釋後才致歉。而隨行友人也遇到其他住客誤開房門的情況。如此嚴重的管理疏失，實在難以相信竟會發生在希爾頓集團旗下的飯店"
