“House was cozy! Good location for stores and drive-thru. And close to duke university”

“Very clean, cozy place! i stayed here for my daughters time as a commuter at Duke Pre-College. Location is very convenient and less than 6 mins away. The host is very friendly and an awesome communicator! You will love it!”

“Very nice quiet neighborhood.”

“Nice place! I would stay here again.”

“The house location and rooms and backyard were so great, as is the kitchen! There were plenty of linens and towels and the kitchen was well stocked. Here's suggestion for improvement: the light in the master bedroom wouldn't turn on, and the remote that controls it was missing; the vent in the bedroom hallway needs to be cleaned or replaced because it blew out very dirty air. Other than that, the house was very clean. Thank you!”

“Our stay was excellent - a comfortable bed, good shower, convenient laundry, and we enjoyed the back deck. And it’s a great location. We love Dain’s Place on 9th St. We will stay here again”

“They took my money never gave me a room very unacceptable I will never go there again”

“Great space , quiet neighborhood, great for small gatherings me and my family loved it.”

“We enjoyed our stay at this gem in Durham! Super clean, great communication with Dylan, proximity to good restaurants etc was ideal and very quiet. Would stay here again!”

“The house and location are great, but the check in process was a nightmare. The host requires check in through an app, but the app was freezing and having technical difficulties. I tried to alert them to the issues and sent the information requested through the VRBO messaging app, but they refused to give us the check in code until I was able to go through their app. After hours of back and forth messages and trying it on 3 different mobile devices, we finally got it to go through on their app.……

“Owners did a fantastic job of filling the space with functional and usable items. Very pleased with the ease of access (street parking would've been difficult on one night of our stay, but since we were in a compact car, we were able to use the rear parking). Surrounding area was a little loud (being city center, and all), but our use of the provided noise machine beside the bed made for better sleep. Well appointed space in a super-convenient area!”
