The property was very clean and comfortable. However the door to my room was very difficult to open. As well as this construction was being done on the balcony of our room on the days we were there so it wasnt very private but overall very pleasant stay. The area is very nice and it is only a short train ride away from Geneva which was very good and also close to the station and restaurants in the area.

Clean big room with seperate toilet/bath, similar to studio flat with seperate kitchen area where you can cook. Pan, pot, spoon, knife and even coffee maker 👍 Opposite you have supermarket but you need euro. 8-10 mins walk to swiss border. Yes we will be back there again

I was supposed to spend 5nights but I checked out after the 4th night,No air conditioning,I was extremely hot and sweating during my stay. My room wasn’t cleaned throughout my stay, every time I ask them at the reception they say rooms can only by cleaned after the 4th night in their hotel so I asked what if my stay isn’t up to that and the lady at the reception said then the room doesn’t get cleaned at all. The response was shocking, I just walked away with paper towels she gave me in my hands. There is no interphone in the rooms, To communicate with the hotel staff,you have to go all the way down with the elevator to the reception. The smell from the hotel entrance to the reception is unpleasant. I had mosquitoes in my room, Infact I was able to kill one soaked in my blood. To be honest I didn’t enjoy my stay in Campanile Annemasse. I didn’t get value for my money in any way.
