"Stayed on night for a concert at Beak & Skiff. The room was spotless and bigger than anticipated. Beak & Skiff is just a short 5 miles away. Property has a bar and restaurant, we only had a drink so I cannot comment on the food, but service was great and the owners were very helpful. Would stay again if ever in the area."

"We loved our stay here! We picked this located because it was close to Cooperstown and it made it easy to get to the ballpark. The house was beautiful, clean, and the Ashley was amazing!! The yard was well kept the hot tub was amazing! We loved the area and would definitely go again!"

"This cabin stay was an absolute dream! Newly renovated with beautiful pine finishes, a sparkling new bathroom, and amazing flooring throughout. The bed was, without a doubt, the most comfortable we've ever slept in. Getting there was a breeze, communication was seamless, and the in-and-out access made everything so easy. It truly made our entire stay fantastic – highly recommend!"

"Pauls lake house was spectacular. The house had everything we were looking for. Paul also was kind enough to rent his pontoon boat to us for a few days. "

"This is a beautiful property and we had a tremendous stay. We were in Cortland for a baseball tournament and five families shared the house. Plenty of space and the grounds were great for relaxing during downtime. The property is clean and well kept and George was very responsive to all of our questions. If we come back to Cortland, we will certainly stay there again!!"
