The room in Hotel Rudolph is basic but clean and tidy. But the bathroom is really a problem. From the design of the room, it can tell that the room is for people with mobility problem so it is not suprised that the bathroom will be an accessible bathroom. Try to imagine that you need to walk 1.6 kilometers on a frozen and slippery ground as a round trip to get your key under -10 degrees. Be caution that this motel is up the hill and it's so dangerous for you to walk up there everyday. (especially when snowing season). I pick this motel especially base on the price, I would say this is probably the cheapest you can get in the area, but I think you should totally avoid this because they NEVER clean your room no matter how long you stay. I understand that it's a motel but they don't even do your beddings, you need to do everything yourself and thats totally hassle. I think, if economic issue is the only concern, you should choose this one, if not, better walk away.
