“Während der Winterferien besuchten wir das Hotel Anfang Februar. Die Lage ist super, denn es liegt direkt am Skigebiet. Das Personal ist sehr nett. Leider sind die Wände der Zimmer sehr dünn und Geräusche auf dem Flur und aus den Nachbarzimmern deutlich zu hören. Für Paare würde ich das Hotel nur außerhalb der Ferien empfehlen. Die Halbpension war gut gewählt und ersparte uns die Suche nach anderen Lokalen. Genossen haben wir die Sauna. Der Pool ist eher schmal und überschaubar Pool.”

“Eigentlich wollte ich nur zwei Sterne geben. Das Frühstück war normal und es war sauber, aber das war das positive. Matratze schief mit Kuhle. Menschen die nicht bei geschlossenen Fenstern schlafen können, sollten auf ein Zimmer nach hinten bestehen. Extremer Straßenlärm, fast die ganze Nacht. Den Parkplatz kann Mann eigentlich nicht als Parkplatz bezeichnen, schlimm das man dafür noch bezahlen muss. ”

“Der Wellnessbereich muss vor Nutzung reserviert werden und separat gezahlt, der angepriesene Whirlpool löst nochmal zusätzliche Gebühren aus. Das Abendessen besteht fast ausschließlich aus fleischhaltigen Gerichten, so dass es für Vegetarier nicht zu empfehlen ist. Der Balkon an den Zimmern ist ca. 1qm groß, so dass man sich nicht zu zweit aufhalten kann. Wenn man ein Dreibett-Zimmer bucht, wird für die 3\. erwachsene Person ein Kinderbett 90x180cm hinzugestellt, das war’s (nur 2 Gläser, Kaffee……

“Sind ein bisschen enttäuscht. Waren jetzt schon siebte mal in Harrachov und von Pension Rotunda haben wir etwas mehr erwartet. Am ersten - Betten sind schrecklich. Man hat Gefühl, man schläft nicht auf die Matratze, sondern auf die Holzbretter😟. Bettwäsche, mit Haaren 😖. Einrichtung selber Uralt, teilweise kaputte Sachen. In Kommode lagen noch die Wäsche (bestimmt von vorherigen Gästen) 😟. Wir waren in Dachgeschoss. Zimmer sind sehr eng, so wie Bad - es ist vielleicht 1mx1,5m und da ist……

“Schönes Hotel mit Wellnessbereich in einem separaten Gebäude. Sehr freundliches Personal. Unser Familienzimmer war leider zur Vorderseite ausgerichtet. Schöner Ausblick, aber aufgrund der Bar gegenüber leider etwas laut bis spät in die Nacht. Das soll den Eindruck aber nicht trüben, uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Im Winter sollte man Schneeketten dabei haben, da das Hotel an einem doch recht steilem Berg liegt.”
