“It's the second time we've stayed at one of Auchendennan's properties to break up the journey south from the west coast. The rooms are clean, warm and welcoming and the kitchens are well equipped if you want to dine in.”

“Location is excellent. However, standard of property is poor and in desperate need of some TLC and a deep clean. Examples are: Oven stinks of grease, mould in the shower, dirty skirting boards, paintwork scuffed and marked around table area and where bins have bashed into the walls, furniture heavily worn and stained, outside the bbq was unusable as totally rusted and the bench could do with a power wash and a repaint, the bathroom tap was too fierce shooting water everywhere which has……

“Well appointed self contained accommodation with a huge comfy bed in a great quiet location. Check in was seamless. We only overnighted on the trip north but it was perfect.”

“This stay was okay. Granted I am uncertain of the location but I had a few expectations that definitely were not met. However this could very well be, you get what you pay for. The unit could definitely accommodate a good amount of people and for the cost subpar bedding and towels could be expected. The unit was clean but not something I would choose again.
