"The elevator situation gets a bit tricky if you aren't used to staying in a building like this one but the staff is super helpful and we had the hang of it in no time. The rooms are amazing and give you the feel of being in your own New York City apartment. You can't beat the views and having basically your own 2bed/2 bath apartment for the price of a hotel."

"This hotel is our go to when we have something at the American Airlines Center. I love that we can walk to anywhere that we need whether it’s eating, entertainment or venues. This hotel is really located in the best spot - super clean and extremely friendly staff. Another plus is their breakfast is absolutely amazing!"
