"Although there was an issue getting in the front door, the host was super-responsive and helped us get in quickly m the house was clean, comfortable, and had lots of great activities to do right there in the home. I would definitely stay there again!"

"As the description says, it is a unique place. Since this is a former business and the accommodations are set up in there, you don't get a full kitchen, just a coffee maker and toaster oven. It didn't bother us at all, since we weren't going to cook anyway. The aquarium with the fish is gorgeous. Slightly noisy, since the pump has to be running constantly. Not ideal for light sleepers, but it can be fixed with some ear plugs. The location is right across the river, and everything is roughly eight minutes drive away.We had a great time staying there and are already thinking returning next year. "

"Great little place on the water. Quiet neighborhood, friendly locals, and super nice host. Its a definite gem. Restaurant at entrance to neighborhood was a great breakfast spot. Get it to go and enjoy it on the porch overlooking to the water. Bring your boat just keep in mind the clearance of the bridge is 5-6ft and the ramp is just on the other side. Fishing from the dock was good as well. Host has put a lot of thought to being sure you have everything you might need while there. Attention to detail was obvious. Book it, your gonna enjoy it! "

"This place was perfect , It was my sons 13th Bday .. We came up to charter a Fishing Trip that, was AWESOME !! The Boys fished all day from the dock the day before and caught some nice fish !. Very comfortable place and the Host was more than Friendly !! "

"We were very pleased with the property. We brought our 25’ center console and was able to maneuver it and park at the dock. Water depth at the dock is around 3-4’ depending on which way the wind is blowing. The water depth varied between 4-5” in the 3 days we were there but was still plenty for the boat. We had a fantastic stay and look forward to coming back! Thanks Brooke and Red!"
