“The suite was in a great location for visiting the Sagrada Familia and surrounding restaurants with easy access to the metro for exploring further afield. It was spacious with all the necessary appliances for a comfortable stay and was very clean upon arrival. The washing machine with dryer made doing our laundry easy. The only negatives were the street noise and a very small shower.”

“We were informed we can access the property at 3:30pm. We arrived 3:45pm and they were still cleaning the apartment. After a long trip We have to wait 1h before the apt was ready. The AC was not working. After more than 30 min on the phone and resetting all the electric breakers,it turned on. Then the washer lock up and we were unable to take our clothes out the washer, it needed many tries to unplugged it and plugged back in and wait until next morning and it finally open when plugged it back……

“Very bad, firstly there is no air conditioning but we knew it before our payment so that’s fine. Secondly, the bed is very dirty with hair dust on it. Lastly which is also the most terrible thing is someone tried to open our door at midnight and tried to break in our room with keys. We reported the host and asked for refund but she just ignored our concerns with an indifferent attitude ”
