千万别踩坑，这家住宿态度差，糟糕透了，是我住过的最差的酒店！千万不要踩坑！超级差！安排房间有歧视，我们亚洲人不要入住这个酒店！听劝！Avoid this place at all costs. The staff’s attitude was terrible, and the overall experience was absolutely awful. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! The way the rooms were assigned felt discriminatory. I strongly advise Asian travelers not to stay at this hotel. This hotel has an excellent location and is within the walking distance of multiple restaurants, shoppings and train stations. The breakfast is really good and has lots of choices! Unfortunately the room does not have air conditioning, this was especially tough since those days it was very hot in Interlarken. Also, the bathroom is quite small, estfor family.

What an amazing property and stay! The attention to detail was impeccable, and we really appreciated the effort for children. This is a perfect home base for hiking and visiting all villages in the Jungfrau region. Food is outstanding.

Hapimag really knows what travelers need, hotel plus apartment. The amenities and staffs are the best in Europe so far we have traveled. We will stay again in one of Hapimag and let our friends and families know about this hotel in Europe . Danke schoen!

The concierge Lucas was maybe the best part of it all. We got the 2 bedroom suite. It was huge and the aircons worked well enough (rare in Europe.
