"We stayed for one night. We sent a message before to request if it's possible to check-in early. We arrived around 10 am and our room was ready. Woww. The room was so clean and so nice. We had room with a great balcony. Everything is just perfect. They staffs are very kind. Private parking just behind the hotel. The old city just few minutes by walk. It's 10/10, PERFECT. "Room was larger than expected. Location was great, minutes from the teatro. However, it is a bit outdated. The window was broken and the last night when it was super windy, the window kept opening in the middle of the night and kept us up. Had a terrible night sleep. The bathroom is also outdated with broken toilet seat. The shower pressure was strong, which was nice. "
