Welcome to this exquisite water view vacation home in the sought out community of Rustico, Prince Edward Island. This custom designed and luxurious home is sitting on over two and half acres with unobstructed views of the North Shore, sitting high at the end of a cul-da-sac. The large great room provides ease of flow and conversation. The chef's kitchen comes equipped with a large stone island and includes a propane stove, pantry and coffee bar. The large and plentiful windows allow for abundance of natural light, soaking in the sunrise and sunset. The large owner's suite is a private oasis with access to the back covered porch and neighbours a beautiful bathroom that includes a soaker tub. At the opposite end of the home; 2 additional bedrooms and guest bath can be found. This property also includes beach access through a private community dock. It is only an 18 minute drive to Charlottetown. Kayak from the dock, stroll along Barachois Beach, take in the freshest Island seafood straight from the dock in North Rustico or indulge at the local restaurants. It is a golfer's dream with world class courses at your fingertips.
