Ryan was very friendly and responsive. The house was close to everything and very clean and spacious. Definitely enjoyed our time there.

Perfect spot for our family! Came in for a baseball tournament and the house was conveniently close to the fields. It had everything our family needed.

This house may have undergone the cheapest renovation of all time. If there where corners to be cut, they cut them. From uneven floors, door jams and cabinet draws to closet doors coming completely off the hinges, to base moldings in the kitchen snaped in half to the amazingly uneven tile work in the shower, this house was full of fun surprises. But our 2 favorites where the circular driveway with no curb cut out and the toilet literal in a closet. Be prepared, the neighbors aren't to fond of visitors so keep the shades down and lights out at night. Leaving the dead love bugs all over the house was a nice touch as well. If you like sleeping with one eye open, this is the house for you.

Cute, clean house nearby Downtown Ruston. It's an older house, so beware of uneven floors and a wide gap beside the front door. Very comfortable, secure and cozy!
