Unbequem und nicht erholsam
Erst als wir hier gebucht hatten sahen wir auf der Website von Novasol die sehr schlechte Bewertung eines Gastes aus Juli 2023. Wir versuchten, mit Novasol Kontakt aufzunehmen um darum zu bitten, das Haus zu richten. Zunächst hieß es, das Objekt wäre nicht bekannt, später bekamen wir die Buchungsbestätigung. Im Chat mit Novasol wurde uns geraten, mit der Dame, die die Schlüssel verwaltet, Kontakt aufzunehmen. Das erschien uns sehr unpassend, zumal diese auf eine Anfrage per E-Mail auch nicht geantwortet hatte. Am Tag nach unserer Ankunft erhielten wir eine schöne Obstplatte als Willkommensgeschenk. Auf diverse Anfragen wurde seitens Eva schnell geantwortet. Doch das Haus braucht tatsächlich dringend Reparaturen. Keines der Sitzmöbel war auch nur einigermaßen bequem - durchgesessen oder so krass gepolstert, dass man auf dem Stuhl nicht gut sitzen konnte. Die Liegen am Pool waren bis auf eine defekt. Das Umfeld des Hauses im nicht aufgeräumten Zustand - was schade war, da es hier sicher Potenzial gibt. Der Wasserhahn in einem der beiden Bäder war so defekt, dass man ihn fast in der Hand hatte, die Tür ließ sich nicht schließen. Gasanzünder haben wir gekauft. Der Toaster funktionierte ebenfalls nicht. Die in der Beschreibung angegebene Kaffeemaschine entpuppte sich als kleines Espressokännchen. - Wir würden KEINESFALLS nochmals ein Haus buchen, das von Novasol angeboten wird. Das Vorgespräch mit einem Herren bei FEW empfanden wir als angenehm.
