Cosy little cottage in a great location
We had a fab week in this lovely cosy cottage. Great location within easy reach of places to visit and places to eat.

5/5 Excellent

Perfect stay in the centre of Rye
This was a wonderful property in the centre of Rye, perfectly situated for walks around the town. It is an older building with low ceilings in some areas and stairs that require a level of agility, but this gave the cottage a lot of character. The property is on a main road through the town and there was a lot of traffic noise, but if this doesn’t worry you too much then you soon get used to it. There is no private parking but you can pay £2 per day to park in one of the main car parks around the corner. There is a small courtyard garden at the back which would be lovely for summer drinks and there is a wood burner in the lounge which is great after long winter walks. Thank you for a great stay!

Lovely little cottage
Cosy little cottage. Has all you can need for a stay in Rye. Fantastic location. Nice garden which was good for the dog. Stairs a bit steep but not a problem for us. We had a lovely time.

5/5 Excellent

Brilliant little cottage
My son and I had a lovely mini break. The cottage was small, but very well equipped; clean and welcoming. An ideal position for car parking, supermarket and rambling through the streets of Rye. Lots of bars, cafe’s and restaurants. Only downside to the cottage was the stairs. We knew they were spiral but both my son and I are tall and care needs to be taken that heads don’t get banged. Having said that the quirkiness of the cottage added to its charm. There was everything here we needed.

4/5 Good

Cosy little cottage
A lovely little cottage in a superb location for exploring Rye town, very cosy but needs a little TLC.
