This newly refurbished, ocean facing, 2-bedroom, 1-bath condo sits on the second floor of a classic coastal triplex (note: no elevator), and comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. With private access to the beach, stroll the sand, fire up your laptop with a view, or walk across the street to Petey’s Famous Seafood for a lobster roll. Whether you’re here to unplug or plug in by the sea, this spot makes it easy to do both. Property is co-hosted by KMA Property Group LLC (Anca and Mike) We are not on property during your stay, but only a message away! Please don't hesitate to reach out via booking app! NH M&R License 104041 \* less than 500 ft to Petey's Summertime Seafood Restaurant \* 0.3 miles to Kooks Cafe & Beach Bar Drive to only - road is paved 2 parking spaces in the driveway Inside, you’ll find: \* A king bedroom with ocean views; ceiling fan \* A 2nd bedroom with a Full Bed; ceiling fan \* Full pull out sofa in the sun room; stand up fan \* A full kitchen (also with an ocean view!) \* Full bathroom ( please note; - shower only, no tub) \* Fast Wi-Fi for remote work or streaming \* Free parking included (2 cars only) Outdoor: \*Outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach \* Portable gas grill \* Outdoor table with umbrella on deck for 6 \* 6 beach chairs and 1 umbrella (located in bin on the lower level) \* Beach towels will be in each room (1 per person) \* 2 parking spaces in the driveway Spacious second-floor apartment with private backyard access via outdoor stairs to your own deck. Includes a large sectional, big-screen TV, sunroom, and ocean views. Private Beach access through the back yard, just steps away!!! There are 2 other units in the building, so please be respectful to your neighbors. No public transit available \- To rent this property, guests must be 25 years of age or older. \- ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING or VAPING INDOORS -$250 FEE \- Toiletries/essentials provided as a starter kit, for each booking. \- There is free parking available for 2 vehicles (off street parking, facing the property). Additional guests can park along Route 1A if needed. The area is very busy during the summer months. \- If you are traveling with small or very young children, please be mindful that the home is close to Ocean Blvd that is a busy road; we don't have any child safety features available such as outlet covers, cabinet locks etc. \- Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts. Don't forget to log out. \- There is NO Dishwasher, NO Washer/Dryer (laundromat is 4 miles away) \- There are two bedroom air conditioners, if needed, and another freestanding air conditioner for the main living area. At the beach, the use of open windows and air flow through the house will work the best. \- Please use the grill only on the deck and not anywhere adjacent to the house \- This home is NOT pet friendly IMPORTANT: We include Truvi® Guest Damage Protection with all VRBO and Direct Bookings to safeguard our properties and to remain compliant with rental regulations.
