    Located on the riverbank makes it an amazing place to relax. It also does have mooring and fishing rights. It is just a 5 minute drive to the historic town of rye. which is packed with full range of restaurants and pubs.

The bedrooms and living area was clean and comfortable however the outside area was in some parts in a poor state of repair.Deck boards not screwed down no pretty plants as in pictures.We had a lovely time as we are no strangers to the area.The pontoon needs a proper ladder into the water, was not easy with paddled boards ( big drop )

Sehr schönes und bestens eingerichtetes Haus in ausgezeichneter Lage an einem kleinen Fluss. Das Haus und das Interieur war sehr gepflegt. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin verlief unkompliziert und freundlich.

Amazing stay on the river

We had the most amazing stay. The property is beautifully decorated outside as well as the inside. Will make the perfect stay with family or friends. Extra bonus is we were able to swim in the river using our own pontoon. Cant recommend enough!
