‘Waterside’ is a first floor, one bedroom apartment on the banks of the River Brede; in the picturesque and historic town of Rye, East Sussex.
The apartment has been finished with comfort in mind and is the perfect base for exploring all that the 1066 area has to offer. As ‘Waterside’ is end of terrace, it benefits from double aspect views from the open space living area, keeping the room light and bright whatever the season.
The french doors open to reveal idyllic river views, offering a great spot to watch boats sailing or motoring along Rock Channel or for watching the abundant birdlife swooping over the water in the hunt for a tasty snack.
The property has one double bedroom, bathroom and open plan living with fully equipped kitchen, designated dining area and a comfy spot to recover from a day wandering the cobbled streets of Rye. The accommodation is perfect for a long weekend or longer stay (with the added luxury of allocated on-site parking incase you fancy any little excursions) and many fall in love with this beautiful spot only a few minutes walk from the centre of town.
